摘要
“环境质量”是环境科学中的一个重要概念．随着人们对人类与环境关系认识的发展，即环境意识的发展，以往的环境质量的概念已与之不再适应，环境质量应以人与自然的和谐发展为基础重新定义．
“Environment Quality”is an important concept of Environment Science.With the development of understanding that human being how to understand the relationship of human and environment,the old concept of Environment Quality must be changed to appropriate the understanding.The new concept of Environment Quality should be based on the harmonic development of human and nature.
