摘要
本文简述了我国沿海电力工业受淡水资源短缺制约的现状，指出利用沿海火电厂低品位余热能进行蒸馏淡化海水是解决电厂自身用水的最佳方案。并简述了国产多级闪蒸海水淡化装置研制开发的情况。
This paper introduces the present situation of power industry being restricted by the shortage of fresh water resources and puts forward the optimum scheme for solving the use water for power plant by seawater desalination utilizing the low grade heat from power plant itself in coastal areas.
