摘要 本文采用纳滤(NF)膜对某市自来水(以污染严重的淮河水为源水)进行深度处理试验,研究了NF循环制水试验工艺的效果。结果表明,循环试验工艺与一级一段NF工艺相比,在同样较低的压力下,出水率较高,并且能耗降低,减少了浓水排放。即使在回收率较高(80%)的情况下,膜出水中总有机碳(TOC)仍比自来水低50%;对致突变物的去除十分显著,使Ames试验阳性的水转为阴性。因此该法是制优质饮用水的有效方法。 Tap water from raw water which was the heavily polluted Huaiha River was deeply treated by nanofiltration (NF) in this paper, the effectiveness of circulation test process in making water by NF was studied. The results showed that circulation test process could obtain more water than NF onesection process. The energy consumption was reduced and the discharge capacity of concentrated water was reduced. Even if the recovery ratio was as high as eighty percent, the total organic carbon (TOC) of water passed through NF was fifty percent lower than tap water, the removal efficiency of mutagenesis material was very high, making the mutapenicity by Ames test turn into the negative from the positive. Therefore, this process is an effective method to make high quality drinking water.
