摘要
我国国民经济和社会发展"十一五"规划纲要明确提出要加强各种运输方式衔接,实现货运的"无缝衔接",并且今年通过的物流业调整和振兴规划,也把发展多式联运作为重点,这对集装箱运输组织提出了更高的要求。文中在对国内外铁路集装箱运输的现状进行综述分析的基础上,针对我国集装箱海铁联运的滞后,提出相应的策略。
