摘要
啤酒游戏,是1960年MIT的Sloan管理学院设计的策略游戏,偏重于供应链中信息传递,尚无成本优化环节。文中分析了牛鞭效应中的供应链成本变化,认为有必要对零售商、批发商和制造商的需求量、订货量、送货量、欠货量、产量、库存水平、利润等各个变量,考察需求放大现象的原因,从供应链成本、牛鞭效应的视角进行啤酒游戏的二次开发,有利于供应链企业加大供应链成本控制的力度。
Beer game is a strategy game developed by Sloan School of Management MIT in 1960, At present, only the beer game supply chain focused on messaging, no part of cost optimization.
