Multi-Criteria Fuzzy Evaluation of Comprehensive Benefits of Real Estate Developing Projects

提出了房地产开发项目综合效益的一种多准则模糊评价方法。以技术优势、经济效益、社会效益和环境效益作为评价准则,运用层次分析法建立了评价指标体系。应用模糊数学方法计算房地产开发项目综合效益的评价值。此方法可以定量比较不同房地产开发项目的综合效益,从而使投资者预先优选开发项目,实现投资综合效益最大化。

This paper proposes a multi-criteria fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of real estate developing projects. With technical superiorities, economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits as main evaluation criteria, the evaluation index system is established through analytic hierarchy process （AHP） theory. Fuzzy theory is used to calculate the evaluation values of projects. This method can quantitatively compares the comprehensive benefits of different real estate developing projects, thus enabling investors to select an optimum project and maximize the investment benefits.
