所谓人力资源就是指对特定社会组织所拥有的能推动持续发展、达成组织目标的成员进行的一系列管理活动。一个企业发展要经过引入期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期四个阶段,每个阶段企业管理有不同的侧重点。人力资源管理作为企业管理中非常重要的部分,要在企业的不同阶段,制定符合企业现阶段发展需要的人力资源管理。
the so-called human resources refers to a specific social organizations have to promote the sustainable development of the members to reach organizational goals in a series of management activities. The development of an enterprise through the introduction period, growing, mature and decline in four phases, each phase of enterprise management have different priorities, ttuman resources management as a business management part is very important to the enterprise at different stages.
