基于Flexism的转弯型堆垛机作业效率仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 转弯型巷道堆垛机是自动化立体仓库中实现货物自动存取的关键设备,文中对两种不同工况下的转弯型堆垛机效率问题进行研究。在假定堆垛机等概率拣取货物的条件下,分别推求两种不同工况下转弯型堆垛机的平均单一作业和复合作业循环周期和作业效率的计算公式,并利用华南理工大学自动化仓储实验室的基本数据进行了作业效率的计算,同时利用Flexsim软件对以上情况下仓库的作业效率进行了仿真验证,结果表明:利用理论推导公式得出的出入库能力值与仿真结果吻合较好。 The curve rail type Storage and Retrieval machine(S/R machine) is a key equipment of the automatic stereo warehouse to achieve automatic storage and retrieval of goods. Assuming the probabtity for picking goods is equal, this research aims at deducing the operating cycle time and efficiency formula of the curve rail type with two kinds of working conditions respectively in single and compound operations, then verifying the formula through empirical calculation on the basic data of the Automatic Storage Laboratory of SCUT, and the calculation is tested by Flexsim simulation. The result indicates that: the storage and retrieval capacity derived from the formula is in accordance with the simulation result.
