新时期图书馆馆藏图书作品种类扩展,服务功能增加,开始由单一公益服务性向兼有传播营业性转变,版权保护问题应运而生。在对馆藏传统纸质图书作品版权保护的基础上,如何实施数字图书馆的版权保护,实事求是地建构具有科学性、可行性、前瞻性的图书馆版权保护制度尤显重要和迫切。

The variety of resources in the library has expanded in the new period. The service function has also increased, shifting from a single public welfare service to the dissemination of a business service. Accordingly, the issue of copyright protection has emerged. As far as the libraries in the new period are concerned, they not only need to protect the copyright of traditional paper-based books, but also that of digital books. Therefore, it is imperative to build a scientific, feasible and prospective system of library copyright protection.
