摘要
表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术(SELDI-TOF-MS)是近年出现的蛋白质组学研究新技术,其综合了蛋白芯片和质谱技术的优点,可快速、高通量捕捉血清、组织及体液中的特异性蛋白质,已成为蛋白质组学研究中较理想的技术平台。本文就SELDI-TOF-MS技术相关的原理、特点及其在乳腺癌的应用进展予以综述。
The technique of surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry has emerged as a ideal technique in studying proteome. It has both advantages of protein chip and mass spectra techiniques and can capture the specific protein in serum,tissues and body fluid rapidly with high flux. It has become the ideal platform in studying proteomics. This article reviews this techniques about its principle, feature and its application in breast cancer.
