摘要
胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病机制尚不清楚。雌激素受体在乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌等靶器官的肿瘤治疗及预后的判断都起到重要作用。新型雌激素受体亚型进一步拓宽雌激素受体在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用机制的研究空间。非雌激素靶器官的肿瘤如胃肠道肿瘤中存在雌激素受体表达,并且与胃癌的生物学行为及治疗有关。
Gastric carcinoma is one of the common malignancies, the nosogenesis is still not clear. Estrogen receptor plays an important role in the tumor treatment and prognosis of target organ such as breast cancer, endometrial cancer. New type of estrogen receptor further expand the estrogen receptor in the mechanism research space of tumor occurrence and development. Tumors of non-estrogen-target organ such as gastrointestinal tumors exist the expression of estrogen receptor,and are related to the biological behavior and treatment of gastric cancer.
