低温等离子体髓核成型术治疗间盘源性下腰痛的研究现状 被引量:4

摘要 间盘源性下腰痛是一种常见症状,多数由椎间盘退变引起。致痛原因可能与退变间盘内压力在垂直和水平方向分布不均匀,导致间盘内某些特定点应力增大有关。低温等离子体髓核成型术作为治疗下腰痛的一种新方法,已被广泛应用到脊柱外科临床。它利用等离子刀将退变间盘髓核消融,从而减小盘内压力,使突出髓核还纳,解除对神经根的压迫,达到椎间盘重建的治疗目的。其临床效果满意,但强调在应用时必须严格掌握适应证。 Low back pain (LBP)is a common clinical symptom usually caused by internal disc disruption (IDD). Pain might be related to disc degeneration pressure uneven in the vertical and horizontal direction,lead the stress of some specific points in disc to increase. Low-temperature plasma nucleus angioplasty as new method for the treatment of LBP has been widely used in the field of spinal surgery. This technique utilize the ablation of the degenerative disc nuclear to decrease the interdisc pressure, to relieve the compressed nerve root and reconstruct the disc. The clinical effect is satisfactory, but must strictly master indication in the application.
