现代白内障手术后视力不佳的原因分析

摘要 白内障手术方式的不同、人工晶状体的类型以及植入后所产生的屈光界面的变化等,都可能造成术眼视觉性质的改变,产生散光、屈光参差和像差改变等一系列的相关屈光问题。因此,以眼内屈光手术的要求为标准,强调白内障手术方式和操作技术、人工晶状体眼的光学系统与术前光学系统的差异、人工晶状体本身的光学特性,精确测量理论公式的应用等对术后视力的影响非常重要,将视光学和现代白内障手术相结合,是今后白内障手术的发展方向。 The vision of the surgical eye could be affected by the different methods of cataract surgery,the types of intraocular lens and the changes of refractive interface after the intraocular lens implantation,which could cause some problems of refraction, such as astigmatism, anisometropia and the changes of aberrations. Therefore, by intraocular refractive surgery standards, These are very important for postoperative visual acuity that cataract surgical operations and technology,the difference of optical, system between intraocular lens and pre-operativc eye, the characteristics of intraocular lens itself and the application of theoretical formula of accurate measurement etc. combination optometry with modem cataract surgery is the future direction of development of cataract surgery.
