Diagnosis and Treatment of Olfactory Cleft Disease

嗅裂是鼻腔内一个重要的解剖部位,原发于嗅裂的疾病并不少见,但临床上对嗅裂的解剖,以及对嗅裂疾病的诊断和治疗还没有引起足够的重视。随着鼻内镜检查和手术的深入开展,鼻CT、MRI检查广泛应用于临床以及相关基础医学研究的发展,嗅裂这一解剖部位及嗅裂疾病逐渐引起鼻科医师的关注。本文主要对嗅裂息肉、嗅裂肿瘤的诊断与治疗进行综述。

Olfactory cleft is an important anatomical site, disease from primary olfactory cleft is not uncommon. In clinic, the anatomy, diagnose and treatment of olfactory cleft have not still caused enough attention. With the development of nasal endoscopy and operation, nasal CT, MRT are generally applied in clinic and the correlated research, anatomical site and disease of olfactory cleft are caused more attention. This paper mainly reviews the diagnose and treatment of polyp and tumor of olfactory cleft.
