外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术的手术时机探讨

Discussion on Surgical Time of Intraocular Lens Implantation for Traumatic Cataract

目的探讨外伤性白内障人工晶体植入的手术时机及方法。方法对71例外伤性白内障根据外伤情况及晶体损伤情况选择不同手术方式,及时处理术中、术后的并发症,使得复杂的外伤性白内障术后仍能获得较好的视力。结果术后3个月裸眼视力〈0.05者,9眼。术后3个月裸眼视力为0.05～0.25者,19眼。术后3个月裸眼视力为0.3～0.5者,18眼。术后3个月裸眼视力〉0.6者,25眼。结论对外伤性白内障患者应根据不同情况采用不同的手术时机及方式。

Objective To discuss different operation methods and surgical time of implanting intraocular lens for traumatic cataract patients. Methods 71 patients had their own different operation methods based on the condition of trauma and damaged crystal. After treatment of complication in time during the operation and after operation,the complex traumatic cataract also achieved better sight at last. Results Among the 71 cases after 3 months,9 eyes had the naked vision below 0. 005 after 3 months. 19 eyes had the naked vision between 0.05 and 0.25,18 eyes had naked vision between 0.3 and 0.5.25 eyes had naked vision above 0.6. Conclusion It is very important to choose different operating methods and surgical time of implanting intraocular lens for traumatic cataract patients based on the condition of each individual case.
