摘要
氮代谢相关基因家族的拟南芥T-DNA插入突变体幼苗期对低氮环境有不同的响应。叶绿素含量,干物重,全氮含量测定结果表明:有2个氨转运蛋白基因(ammonium transport gene mutant,AMTm)和8个硝酸还原酶基因(nitrate reduc-tases gene mutant,NRm)的T-DNA突变体与野生型对照相比对外界低氮环境的适应能力存在显著差异。
In the seedling stage ,Arabidopsis thaliana T-DNA mutants that associated with nitrogen metabolism gene have some different responses under low nitrogen stress. Assessment of chlorophyl content, total biomass and total nitrogen content indicated that there were remarkable differences existing in two ammonium transport gene T-DNA mutants(AMTms) and eight nitrate reductases gene T-DNA mutants(NRms) compared with wild type under low nitrogen conditions.
