摘要
在分析低温钢SA516Gr.60的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能和焊接性基础上,对低温钢SA516Gr.60焊接接头进行了常温拉伸和低温夏比冲击试验.试验结果表明,手工焊和埋弧焊采用合适的焊接规范时,选用国产焊材能够满足实际需要.
Based on analysis of the performance of low-temperature steel chemical composition, metallographic SA516 Gr.60, extension tests under structure, mechanical properties and welding normal temperatures and the Charpy V-notch impact tests under low temperatures were conducted with regard to the welding points of the low-temperature steel SA516Gr.60. The test results show that when the appropriate welding specifications are employed by the shielded metal arc welding and the submerged arc welding, the domestic welding materials meet the practical needs.
