摘要
在教育观念、文化取向以及不同文化层面的认识与行为上,农民工子女及其家长与城市学生及其家长和教师存在着差异和冲突。我们要以"多元一体教育"来化解农民工子女就读城市公办学校过程中面临的文化冲突,促进文化融合,创新学校文化,并进而催生城市新文化。
This study finds that rural migrant worker's children are different from urban children in education culture and general culture. It also has conflicts in surface culture, middle culture and deep culture. This paper tries to defuse the cultural conflicts, promotes cultural integration, creates school culture and expedites a new culture of city by the "Pluralistic-integration Education" theory.
