摘要
在崇尚理性的社会里,无论是作为人的校长或教师,还是作为行动的变革或管理,都凸显了其工具理性的一面,而掩藏了其非理性或情绪化的一面。如今,频繁出现的、两极摆动的各类教育改革项目令人无所适从,不仅挑战着人们的智商,更挑战着人们的情商。因此,管理学校变革中的情绪就显得尤为重要。本文试图在当前两极化改革模式背景下,从情绪的视角关注学校变革的性质,讨论教师的情感体验,进而探讨校长在情绪管理方面的策略。
In the society where reason is advocated, both the people and their action lay emphasis on the instrumental rationality, and hide the irrational or emotional side. These days, the frequent and polarized education reform projects make teachers and the principals confused, and these projects not only challenge their IQ but also their EQ. So, it becomes more and more important to manage the emotion effectively during the school reform. Under the background of current popular polarized reform model, this paper tries to pay attention to the nature of school reform, to discuss the teachers "emotional experience, and then to study the principals" emotion management strategies from the emotion perspective.
