摘要
后工业时代发生的社会转型使情绪劳动受到人们越来越多的关注。究其实质,情绪劳动是教师在其专业规范和情绪法则的限制下必须从事的一类情绪管理工作。对教师专业实践来说,情绪劳动同时具备压迫性和酬劳性两个侧面,这对我们理解教师的职业形象和专业规范具有不可忽视的作用。
The social transformation in post-industry society causes people to pay more and more attention to the existence of emotional labor. In nature, teachers' emotional labor means teachers have to manage their emotional activities in accordance with the professional norms of teaching and the emotional rules. Teachers' emotional labor has two sides of impact on their professional practice: oppression and reward, which is important for us to understand teachers' professional image and professional norms.
