Since the Reform and Opening, many social organizations have been active to invest in the establishment of higher education institutes,which consequently has promoted the development of our private education. Owing to the special national conditions, the private education in China presents many distinct characteristics which are different from that of other countries. Under the new situation, the private education investment is confronted with both a perspective market and potential risks. So as to ensure realization of investment objective, the investors should make investment strategy, insight, prevent and solve the potential risks of investment with prudence.
