汽车制造企业整车流的设计研究

摘要 通过对汽车制造企业内部生产过程的整车流构成要素的识别分析,从整车流结构设计、排产控制、产能协调和顺序控制等方面的技术和管理领域实践入手,就如何以"先进先出"为原则,集成工业化设施和信息系统的软、硬件配置,以及如何以"按预定顺序生产"为原则,对排序逻辑和重新排序的算法逻辑进行了探索,建立了企业在生产组织领域中针对排序、约束类型、独立性和安全性等要素的专用算法逻辑,实现了整车流的系统设计与运行控制。 Some recognition analysis of the inscapes of entire vehicles stream in the production process of automobile manufacture enterprise were made. From the perspective of practice in technologies and management of the structural design of vehicles stream, the control of produce, the coordinate of throughput and the control of sequential, the problem on how to integrate the industrialization facility and the information system software and hardware based on the principle of " First in First out" was discussed. According to the principle of "Product with Preconcerted Order" , the arithmetic logic to sorting and resorting was explored. The specific arithmetic logic for sorting, restraint type, independence, security, and so on was established to realize the system design and operation control of entire vehicles stream.
