摘要
从中国人民大学公布的中国3个创新梯度中,选取6个典型的区域技术创新体系作为样本,通过比较样本的5个组成要素,归纳3个创新梯度的差异,然后基于层次分析法具体测定梯度间的主要差距,最后提出了差距的主要成因以及修正差距的对策。
To analyze the gap of the three innovation gradients in China that was proposed by RUC, six regional technological innovation systems were selected as representatives. According to the comparison of the five component elements of each sample and the use of analytic hierarchy process, main gaps of three gradients were materialized. The causes and the countermeasures of the gaps were given.
