摘要
利用单片机驱动液晶显示屏(LCD),以极低的成本为PLC系统提供了人机操作界面,实现对PLC的实时控制。本设计以三菱FX1N系列PLC和Silicon Lab公司C8051F226单片机为例,介绍了全部硬件电路设计方案和软件设计,并对其中的关键:单片机与PLC之间的通信部分进行了详细介绍。目前该系统已投入使用,工作稳定可靠,达到了预期的效果。
By using single chip microcomputer (SCM) drived liquid crystal display (LCD), a extremely low cost user interface is provided for the programmable logic controller (PLC) system, in order to at real-time operate. Take mitsubishi FX1N PLC and Silicon Lab's C8051F206 SCM for example, introduced the hardware circuit design and software design, and the point is communication between SCM and PLC. The system has been put into use, stable and reliable work to achieve the desired results.
