石油企业物资采购成本的管理——对中石化安庆分公司集中采购的探讨

The article analyzes the status quo of the petroleum enterprises＇ material procurement, takes Anqing Branch of Sinopec for instance, puts forward strengthening of the material management of oil companies, starting from the actual operation of the corresponding implementation of centralized purchasing of supplies, will save money in large and prompted oil companies to be more effective material resources utilization.
