摘要
物质采购是各个企业所共有的职能,是企业经营的起始环节,同样也为企业创造价值,它是影响公司成功和盈利能力的关键因素。对石油企业物资采购的现状进行了分析,并以中石化安庆公司为例,提出了加强石油企业的物资管理,从实际操作出发,对相应的物资实行集中采购,可在很大程度上节省资金,促使石油企业的物质资源得到更为有效的利用等观点。
The procurement is shared by all enterprises functions which are the starting of business, but also creates values for the enterprise. It is the key factors of the impact on company success and profitability. The article analyzes the status quo of the petroleum enterprises' material procurement, takes Anqing Branch of Sinopec for instance, puts forward strengthening of the material management of oil companies, starting from the actual operation of the corresponding implementation of centralized purchasing of supplies, will save money in large and prompted oil companies to be more effective material resources utilization.
