摘要
针对团队及团队精神进行了概述,阐述了团队精神对于大学生成长的重要意义,同时就高校在大学生团队精神培养方面的现状和存在的部分问题进行分析,并结合社会对高校人才的需求以及作者的工作体会,就如何培养大学生的团队精神进行了探讨。
In this paper, the team and team spirit are summarized for the important significance of the growth of university students, at the same time the article analyzes the status quo and several problems exist in the university students＇ team spirit train, and discusses on how to cultivate team spirit combine with the demand of society to the college students and the author＇s work expefience.
