摘要
内隐领导理论建立了员工个体对领导者的评价标准,并在现实环境中影响员工对领导行为的认知。当标准与现实中感受到的领导行为不一致时,即产生领导认知差异。借鉴契合度的思想,从理想标准与认知到现实行为一致度的角度出发,探讨并得到了运用主成分分析对领导认知差异进行分析的方法。
The evaluation criteria on leadership are established by employees'own implicit leadership theory, which also affects their cognition to the leadership behavior in reality. When leadership they perceived in the real world and that of their criteria are inconsistent, the cognitive differences of leadership will be arisen. With the idea of fit, standing on a consistent point of view of ideal criteria and cognitive real behaviors, this article acquires the way which using principal component analysis to analyze the cognitive difference of leadership.
