肺声传导测定法及其临床应用

METHOD OF MEASUREMENT OF SOUND THROUGH LUNGS AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

摘要 应用声音通过肺的传导时差变化检查支气管和肺泡疾病。结果发现,健康人和病人的声音通过肺的传播速度是不同的,20例健康人的平均速度为81.35±38.34 m/s,7例急性气管-支气管炎病人的平均速度为384.57±125.79m/s.两者差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。该法可以检查出X射线未能发现的早期肺部疾病。 Single-frequency sound was transmitted to patients' lungs through a pipe. Amicrophone was placed on the neck beneath the tracheal and an the other one wasplaced on the four locations on the chest wall one by one. When time and distanceof the two sensors were compared the speed of sound through human lungs canbe measured. The time delay between healthy men and patients was different. Thespeed of sound of 20 healthy men had an average of 81.35±38.34 m/s while in 7cases of acute tracheitis and bronchitis an average of 384.57±125.79 m/s Thedifference was significant (P<0.01). This method can be used to detect diseaseswhich the X-ray examination usually fails.
