摘要
农药对环境生物毒性及安全性评价是防止农药污染、保护生态健康的重要措施。从农药对蜜蜂急性生物毒性测试方法、毒性分级标准、目前世界上主要使用的农药品种对蜜蜂急性毒性及潜在风险以及农药对蜜蜂生物安全性评价体系等方面综合回顾了该领域的研究进展。针对我国在农药对蜜蜂生物安全性评价工作中的不足之处提出了几点建议:提高内吸性农药对蜜蜂生长、发育、繁殖等方面影响的测试技术,建立较为深入、全面的生物毒性实验方法;建立高层次毒性实验技术,完善农药对蜜蜂生物安全性评价技术;加强农药对蜜蜂毒性机理研究,提高农药环境生物安全性风险评价结果的可靠性和科学性。
The acute toxicity methods of pesticide to honeybees, toxicity threshold, and sub-lethal dose/conCentration and potential risk of pesticides used in the world to honeybees had been reviewed, and safety assessment outlines of pesticides to honeybees set up by European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization had been also introduced. Some suggestions were put forward, such as to improve analytic methods of systemic pesticides to growth, development and production of honeybees and to set up further biological toxicity approaches; to develop higher tier toxicity testing for honeybees and expand safety assessment approaches of pesticides to honeybees; to enhance research on toxic mechanism of pesticides to honeybees and increase reliability and science of safety assessment results of pesticides to non-target organisms.
