固相萃取-气相色谱法同时测定进出口水产品及制品中多种有机磷农药残留量的分析

Determination of Organophosphorous Pesticides Residues in Aquatic Products for Import and Export by GC/FPD-SPE

建立GC/FPD-固相萃取测定水产品中有机磷农药残留量的分析方法。样品经乙腈均质提取,ENVI-18/PSA组合柱净化,GC/FPD进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。有机磷农药峰面积与其质量分数有着良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9991,最低检测限为0.01mg/kg,样品回收率为63.2%～104.8%,RSD为1.6%～7.1%。

Established an analytical method for the determination of organophosphorous pesticide residues in aquatic products by GC/FPD-SPE. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified by ENVI-Ig/PSA SPE, detected by GC/FPD, qualitative analysis by the rentention times and quantitation by external standard. The organophosphorous pesticides showed good linearity in a detected concentration range with good correlation coefficient（r 〉 0.999 1）, the limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg, the recoveries were generally 63.2-104.8% with RSD 1.6-7.1%.
