微混合器的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 微混合器作为全微分析系统、生物芯片等的重要部件,引起了学术界广泛的研究与重视。本文从微混合存在的困难、微混合器的原理、分类、加工方法等方面对目前国内外在微混合器方面的研究进行了详细的综述,阐述了目前存在的各类微混合器的优缺点,并提出了自身得到的研究成果,最后就发展前景作了展望。 As an important component of micro total analysis systems and biochips, micromixers have aroused extensive research and attention in academic fields. The review demonstrates the existing problems, principles, classification, processing methods, and other aspects of the current micromixers. The advantages and disadvantages of various micromixers are discussed and the development prospects are addressed.
