摘要
利用极限状态法通过分项载荷系数充分考虑载荷的重要度、通过抗力系数充分考虑材料的承载度,可更好地反映结构实际承载能力的特点,结合计算机辅助设计,对双梁门式起重机金属结构进行变量化设计,提高了设计效率,缩短了设计周期,提升了材料的利用率。通过计算结果对2种方法进行比较,说明在相同的参数下,极限状态法更优于许用应力法。
The paper uses the limited condition method to takes the load importance and then the load capacity considering individual load factors and anti - force factors respectively. It can reveal the real load capacity of the structure. Combined with CAD, it performs the variable design of the structure of double girder gantry crane. This method can improve the design's efficiency and the utilization of materials and shorten the design's cycle. The calculating results show that the limited condition method is better than the admitted stress one.
