基于小波分析与Hilbert-Huang变换的矿井提升机故障诊断

摘要 基于小波信号重构与Hilbert-Huang变换,对矿井提升机进行了故障诊断研究。结果表明,采用自适应的信号处理方法,可获得故障振动信号发生的时间和故障发生的周期,定量刻画故障的频率、时间与幅值的分布,从而能够有效识别故障类型。 The paper studies the fault diagnosis to the mine hoist based on wavelet signal and Hilbert -Huang transformation. The fault cycle is obtained, and the fault frequency and time - amplitude distribution can be quantified by the self - adaptive signal processing. Faults can be easily identified by this approach.
