摘要 膜联蛋白I(ANNX—I)是一种钙依赖的磷脂结合蛋白,是Annexins超家族中第一个被发现的成员。ANNX-I作为表皮生长因子受体激酶和蛋白酶C的磷酸化底物一磷酯酶A2的抑制物,具有多种生物学功能,包括囊泡运输、胞吐作用的膜融合、信号转导和钙离子通道的形成、调控炎性反应、细胞分化和细胞骨架蛋白间的相互作用等。本文就ANNX-I的结构组成,在细胞生长、分化、凋亡、信号转导。 ANNX- I is a calcium dependent phospholipids binding protein, and the first member of annexins superfamily. As the epidermal growth factor receptor kinase, protease C phosphorylation substrate and PLA2 inhibitor, ANNX-I has many biological effects including vesicular transport, membrane fusion in exocy- tosis, signal transduction, calcium channel formation, modulation of inflammation, cell differentiation and interaction of eytoskeleton proteins, etc. This article reviews ANNX- I about its structure, biological effects on cell growth ,differentiation, apoptosis, signal transduction and inflammation, etc. , as well as its relationship and effect with many tumor diseases.
