摘要 肌动蛋白是细胞骨架的主要组成成分,在肿瘤细胞的运动和迁移中起着非常重要的作用;丝切蛋白作为肌动蛋白结合蛋白的一位重要成员,在肌动蛋白纤丝聚合及解聚的动态变化中发挥重要的调节作用。丝切蛋白的局部激活可以诱导片状伪足的形成,并设定肿瘤细胞运动的方向,从而增强肿瘤细胞的运动和迁移;抑制丝切蛋白的活性可以减少肿瘤细胞的运动和迁移。因此,丝切蛋白有可能成为评估肿瘤恶性程度及预后的一项新指标,甚至有望成为恶性肿瘤治疗的靶点。 Actin is the major component of cytoskeleton ,which plays a very important role in tumor cell migration. As a key member of actin - binding proteins, cofilin has a significant effect on regulation of actin filament polymerization and depolymerization. The activation of cofilin can induce pseudopod and set the di- rection of tumor cell migration, then strengthen the movement and migration of tumor cells. Further more, inhibiting the activity of cofilin can reduce the movement and migration of tumor ceils. Thus, cofilin is likely to become a novel and effective biomarker in evaluating the malignant degree of tumor and its prognosis. Further more, it will be hopeful as the therapeutic target for tumor.
