摘要
四倍体细胞可以导致异倍体及基因组不稳定性,这一观点最近被越来越广泛地接受。四倍体细胞有着不同于二倍体细胞的很多特点。本文就四倍体细胞的形成、生物学特点、其与凋亡的关系,四倍体细胞的致癌机制的最新进展予以综述。并提出了一些关于四倍体研究存在的疑问和争论。
Populations of tetraploid cells are found in a variety of human tumours,where they may act as precursors of aneuploidy and tumorigenesis. Genetic instability in these cells might provide a route to aneuploidy and thereby contribute to the development of cancer. This review focus on the mechanisms generating tetraploid ceils, the biological characters of tetraploid cell and the apoptosis related property. Finally, several controversy and puzzles will be showed.
