Research Progress on Mechanism of Energy Metabolism of Adriamycin-induced Cardiotoxicity

摘要 多柔比星(ADM)是一种抗肿瘤药物,具有抗瘤谱广,抗瘤作用强等特点,但ADM心肌毒陛眼制了其在临床上的广泛应用。最近研究发现,ADM可从多个环节干扰正常的能量代谢,本文从脂肪酸β-氧化、葡萄糖代谢、线粒体氧化磷酸化。 Adriamycin is an antitumor drug,has extensive and powerful antineoplastic character, however. it has been limited to use widely in clinical practice because of its myocardial toxicity. Recendy, it has been. found that adriamycin disturb the normal energy metabolism in many steps. This article reviewed the most recent advances of the occurrence mechanism about energy metabolism of myocardial toxicity induced by adriamycin from the steps fatty acid β-oxidation, glucose metabolism, mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation,energy transportation and regulation.
