40个品种菊的切花用途评价 被引量:21

摘要 依据菊花Chrysanthemum morifolium切花品种的评价标准,从众多品种菊中初选了40个大花型秋菊品种。将40个初选品种与2个对照品种金黄切花和神马按切花菊的生产要求进行栽培试验,在栽培过程中观察各品种的性状表现,并根据专家意见从菊花特异性、一致性和稳定性(DUS)测试技术中确定出适合于切花选择的14个测试性状:株型、植株高度、茎曲直性、节间长度、叶的硬度、叶柄的着生角度、叶色、花梗长度、外花瓣角度、花径、花色、短日照到开花的周期、清水瓶插寿命和病虫害抗性。每个品种随机挑选10株进行性状测试,最后运用层次分析法赋予各性状一定的权重,通过综合打分,从40个大花型秋菊品种中选出了唐山6-48、桃花尖、麒麟阁、东篱陶黄和黄托桂等5个适合做切花菊的品种,同时建立了一套科学的切花菊评价标准。 Based on the evaluation criteria of cutting chrysanthemum (Chrysanthermum rnorifolium), 40 autumn chrysanthemum cuhivars of big-flower type were selected from abundant chrysanthemum cuhivars, Cultivation experiments on 40 cultivars and 2 contrast cuhivars ('Jinhuangqiehua' and 'Jinba' ) were conducted according to the production requirements of cutting chrysanthemum. And the performance of each cuhivars was observed in the course of cultivation experiment. According to professional suggestions, 14 test characters fitting for cutting flower were selected from DUS (distinctness, uniformity, stability) test technology for chrysanthemum. We selected 10 individual plants of every cuhicars at random for 14 cutting flower character test. Finally, individual character of cutting chrysanthemum cuhivars was weighed and evaluated through the analytic hierarchy process, and 5 excellent cutting chrysanthemum cuhivars were selected from 40 autumn chrysanthemum cultivars of big-flower type, namely, ' Tangshan 6-48',' Taohuajian' ' Qilinge' , ' Dongli Taohuang' and ' Huangtuogui' . Meanwhile, a set of evaluation criteria of cutting chrysanthemum were established.
