摘要
研究了在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,用氨三乙酸作活化剂,锰催化高碘酸钾氧化维多利亚蓝B褪色的新指示反应。在620nm处,检出限达到1.40×10-10g/mL,线性范围为0.10—0.35μg/25mL。该法用于环境样品中微量锰的测定,相对标准偏差小于3.7%。
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of trace amount of manganese. The method was based on the catalytic oxidation of Victoria blue B by potassium periodate with nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator in HAc_NaAc medium. The linear ranges were within 0.01—0.35 μg/25mL at 620 nm. The detection limit was 1.40×10-10g/mL. A satisfactory result was obtained when the developed method was used to determinate manganese in environmental samples. The relative standard deviation was less than 3.7%, and the recovery was 90%— 115%.
