TGF-β_1作用下JEG-3绒癌细胞Smad7蛋白表达的定量分析

摘要 目的:研究转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)作用下JEG-3绒癌细胞中Smad7蛋白的表达情况,探讨TGF-β/ Smads信号通路在绒癌中的功能作用。方法:分别用0ng/ml、100ng/ml及200ng/ml的TGF-β_1处理JEG-3绒癌细胞48h,采用蛋白印迹法定量检测JEG-3细胞Smad7的表达。结果:JEG-3绒癌细胞系可明确表达Smad7;不同浓度TGF-β_1作用下JEG-3细胞Smad7蛋白的表达无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:绒癌细胞系JEG-3中Smad7对于外源性TGF-β_1的刺激无应答反应。 Objective:To study the effects of TGF- β1 on Smad7 expression in trophoblast cell line JEG-3, so to investigate the function of TGF-β/Smads signal transduction pathway in choriocarcinoma.Methods: Western blotting was used to detect the Smad7 expression in trophoblast cell line JEG-3 stimulated by TGF-β1 in different density.Results:Trophoblast cell line JEG-3 could express Smad7. The Smad7 expression in trophoblast cell line JEG-3 stimulated by TGF-β1 in different density had no obvious differences (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions:Trophoblast cell line JEG-3 doesn't respond to stimulation of exogenous TGF-β1
