中药天年饮对衰老大鼠脑γ-氨基丁酸含量的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE TIANNIANYIN ONΓ-AMINO-BUTYRIC ACID CONTENT IN BRAIN OFAGED RATS

摘要 目的:观察衰老大鼠不同脑区抑制性氨基酸γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的变化及中药天年饮的延缓衰老作用。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为3组,正常组、衰老模型组和天年饮用药组,每组10只大鼠。D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型。采用高效毛细管电泳法检测各组大鼠大脑皮质、海马、下丘脑抑制性氨基酸GABA的含量。结果:衰老大鼠皮质、海马、下丘脑抑制性氨基酸GABA的含量明显下降(正常组大鼠与模型组大鼠比较:P<0.01);中药天年饮可明显提高衰老大鼠各脑区GABA的含量(天年饮用药组大鼠与模型组大鼠比较:P<0.01)。结论:中药天年饮可改善衰老大鼠脑GABA的代谢,具有延缓脑老化的作用。 Objective:To observe the changes of inhibitory amino acid-γ-amino-butyric acid (GABA) content in brain of aged rats and the antiaging effects of traditional Chinese medicine tiannianyin.Methods:30 SD rats were divided into 3 groups at random: normal group, aging model group and tiannianyin group, and each group had 10 rats.The sub-acutely aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually. High performance capillary electropheresis (HPCE) was used to detect the contents of GABA in cerebral cortex, hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats in each group.Results:The GABA contents in cerebral cortex,hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats in aging model group decreased significantly (compared with normal rats:P 〈0.01).Traditional Chinese medicine tiannianyin gould increase the GABA content in different brain region of aged rats obviously (tiannianyin group compared with aging model group:P 〈 0.0l).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine tiannianyin could improve the metabolism of GABA in brain of aged rats, and has effects of delaying brain ageing.
