按照铁道部统一部署,北京铁路局货调信息系统自2007年9月1日起,全部采用铁道部指定的系统软件,实行自动审批。从切实加强领导、突出机制建设、重点抓好落实、注重系统完善及不断完善机制等方面,阐述了在货运日计划自动审批工作中,合理设置审批系数、发挥自动审批在廉政建设及增运增收工作中的作用。

According to the arrangement of MOR, the information system of freight dispatching in Beijing Railway Administration entirely applied the system software appointed by MOR since September 1st, 2007, and this implies the automatic examination and approving. From many aspects such as leading, mechanism establishment, system and mechanism improvement, this paper expounds the effect of reasonably setting examination coefficient and exerting the automatic examination on increasing traffic volume and revenue during the automatic examination work of freight transport daily schedule.
