摘要 采用紫外光催化氧化消解试样,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定人发中Se含量的方法.探讨了消解条件、原子荧光光度计工作条件及氢化物发生反应条件,对比沸水浴加热和紫外光加热2种将Se(Ⅵ)还原为Se(Ⅳ)的方法,研究氨基磺酸消除氮氧化物干扰的最佳条件.在最佳实验条件下测定人发标准参考物质和人发试样中Se的含量,方法的检出限为0.08μg/L(相对标准偏差为2.1%),荧光强度与Se(Ⅳ)的质量浓度在0~10μg/L范围内呈线性关系.研究结果表明,人发标准参考物质中Se的测定值与标示值相吻合.人发试样中Se的质量分数与文献值(0.4~0.9μg/g)一致. A method for the determination of selenium in human hair by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) with UV-photolysis assisted digestion was developed. Digestion conditions, working conditions of atomic fluorescence spectrometer and conditions of hydride generation reaction were studied. Methods for the reduction from Se (Ⅵ) to Se (Ⅳ) by using boiling water bath and UV were compared. The amount of sulfamic acid for the elimination of the interference of nitrogen oxides was also investigated. The content of selenium in human hair standard reference material and human hair samples was determined under the optimized experimental conditions. The detection limit of the method was 0. 08μg/L ( RSD 2. 1% ) and the linear relationships between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of selenium were in the range of 0 -10 μg/L. The results of the content of selenium in human hair standard reference material determined by the method were in agreement with the labeled value. The determined results of selenium in the human hair samples were consistent with the values in the literature.
