泡沫混凝土用作防火型保险柜柜壁隔热填充材料 被引量:7

摘要 通过调整泡沫混凝土的密度,对制备的泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和导热系数进行测定.试验结果表明,泡沫混凝土的干密度在350~878kg/m^3时,对应的3、7和28d抗压强度分别为0.3—4.8MPa、0.4—5.1MPa和1.2—7.3MPa,养护3d试样的导热系数为0.13—0.25W/(m·K).对干密度562~748kg/m^3养护时间为3d的泡沫混凝土试块的耐火隔热性能进行比较性试验,结果表明,由泡沫混凝土制成的圆柱体容器内部最高温度为135.0~140.5℃,具有明显的防火隔热作用.对以干密度为666kg/m^3的泡沫混凝土浇筑柜壁制作的标准立方体防火型保险柜进行的标准耐火性能测试表明,箱柜内空气最高温度低于160℃,完全满足了国家标准对P类保险柜的耐火隔热性能要求. Compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete specimens with varied densities were measured, the results showed that foamed concrete specimen with density 350 - 878 kg/m^3 produced compressive strengths 0. 3 - 4.8 MPa, 0. 4 - 5.1 MPa and 1.2 - 7.3 MPa at 3 d, 7 d and 28 d curing age, respectively, and thermal conductivity 0. 13 -0. 25 W/(m'K) at 3 d curing age. Comparative fireproofing test was carried out on cylindrical container specimens made of foamed concrete with dry density 562 - 748 kg/m^3 and 3 d curing age. The results showed that the air temperature within the container was 135 to 140. 5 ℃, therefore, its insulation and fireproofing property was proved. Furthermore, fireproofing test result conducted on a standard cubic chest with its wall being cast by foamed concrete with dry density 666 kg/m^3 again proved that the air temperature within the chest was lower than 160℃, thus the specimen met the fireproofing and insulation requirements of the type P security chest determined by China National Standard.
