福建农村富余劳动力及其分布调查

Investigation of rural surplus labor force and its distribution in Fujian Province

农村富余劳动力问题,关系到农民收入、农村发展和稳定以及国民经济发展。劳动力的供给、耕地面积以及就业空间都与农村富余劳动力有着密切的关系。本文通过了解农村富余劳动力的相关情况,分析其地域分异特征,提出:(1)集约利用农地,提高农地的经营效益;(2)稳定农地的产权,为农民提供坚强的社会保障;(3)加强农业开发,培育农业增长点;(4)促进农村劳动力转移等保障措施以更好地发挥农业的生活保障功能。

Rural surplus labor force is closely related to not only farmers′ income,rural development and stability,and the national economy development,but also labor supply,arable land acreage and employment space.Based on the practical conditions,the geographical diversity characteristics of rural surplus labor force are analyzed and accordingly the measures are proposed as follows to give better play to the livelihood security function of agriculture.（1）Intensive use of farmland to increase its management effects.（2）Stabilize farmland property rights to offer reliable social secutity to farmers.（3）Foster agriculture growth points by agriculture development.（4）Accelerate the transfer of rural labor force.
