摘要
以生产性10万m3/d规模的三沟式氧化沟作为研究对象。研究结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,满足BOD5和悬浮物浓度小于30mg/L出现的频率分别为92%和96%;剩余污泥得到一定程度的稳定;污水处理的比能耗为1.20kW·h/去除kgBOD5;另外还观察到反硝化运行和硝化运行的时间比tDN/tN对调节三沟式氧化沟脱氮效果起着重要的作用;并就三沟式氧化沟改扩建提出了建议。
?A full scale triple oxidation ditch(T ditch) ,100,000m 3/d treating municipal wastewater in Handan City, Hebei province in China was studied in this paper.The T ditch process combined with biological denitrification can achieve a high quality effluent in BOD 5 and SS,and is reliable in operation based on statistical analysis.It is shown by the statistical analysis of data that the frequences of the appearance in BOD 5 and SS below 30 mg/L are 92% and 96% respectively.The excess sludge from T ditch is stabilized to some extent. The energy consumed in removing 1.0 kg BOD 5 is 1.20kW.It was found that the ratio of denitrification phase time and nitrification one,t DN /t N, is an important parameter to improve nitrogen removal. Finally,suggestions to reconstruct T ditch system are provided.
