摘要
普通本科院校的首要任务是要培养应用型创新人才，以解决当前经济社会对应用型创新人才的需要。本文以构建应用型创新人才培养模式为主要途径，实现培养学生的实践动手能力、适应能力和创新能力的目的。
The principal task of general baccalaureate colleges is cultivating applied innovative talents. This paper studies how to construct the cultivating mode of applied innovative talents. By the construction of the cultivating mode, the practical ability, adaptive faculty and innovative ability of students are trainned, which can meet the requirement of applied innovative talents in present economic circumstance.
