试析记者的职业角色和社会角色之争

A SIMPLE ANALYSIS OF CONFLICT BETWEEN REPORTERS’ OCCUPATIONAL ROLE AND SOCIAL ROLEe

记者角色既有职业角色又有社会角色,记者的社会角色包含着社会中作为个体存在的角色以及其作为社会中的个体所肩负的社会责任和社会伦理道德等。当前的新闻实践中,有些记者正是由于对自身所承担的社会角色认识和定位不清,导致角色错位、角色冲突的现象时有发生,社会公众对新闻媒体及记者的评价和信任度降低,妨碍了新闻媒体社会职能的正常发挥。记者作为从事着具体的职业有着明确分工的个体的人,不仅应该遵守职业道德,也应该遵守社会公德。对于记者来说,社会道德应该高于职业责任。

Reporter＇s role is occupational and social. There social role includes the role as individuals and social responsibilities and social ethics, and so on .During the current practice, it is the fact that some reporters haven＇t a clear understanding and positioning of social role played by themselves gives rise to the frequent happing of role malposition and role conflict. The public lowers assessment and trust of news media and reporters, which hiders news media form a normal performing of social functions .As an individual who takes a specific occupation with a clear division, the reporter should not only abide by occupational ethics, but also abide by social morality .For Journalists, social morality should be superior to occupational responsibility.
