杯形件拉深工艺过程中变形区的应力应变分析

摘要 用塑性理论求得杯形件拉深成形工艺过程中凸缘部分的应力与应变分布的解析解。由于不需要厚度保持不变的假设,所得结果比现有成果更加符合实际情况。同时还分析了成形过程中的厚度变化情况,分析结果与生产中厚度增加一般不超过30%的实际情况基本吻合。 The paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the distribution of stress and strain in the flange of a cup - shaped part during deep drawing, according to the plastic mechanics theory. Because it doesnt need to suppose an unchanged thickness of the flange during the forming process, the results of analysis are comparatively close to the actual situation. At the same time, it~ analyzed that variation of thickness of the flange during the forming process, and the results are basically consistent with actual situation of the increase in thickness of less than 30%.
