摘要
甲胺磷生产过程中的氯化碱性废水(简称含磷废水)经回收甲醇后,该废水中含有高浓度的有机磷、COD和NaCl,环境不允许未处理就排放。作者介绍了该废水的处理工艺技术以及在生产中应用结果,COD去除率达80%,有机磷去除率达85%。
The wastewater containing phosphor in pesticide parathion production can be discharged by biochemical treatment after multiple dilution, and the wastewater with alkality in methamidophos production after methylalchol recovery,which contains highly concentrated organophosphorus, COD and sodium chloride,has not been treated before, and polluted the environment. In this article, we give the treatment technique of the wastewater, and has been applied in the production. The ratio of COD removement reaches 80%,and of organophosphorus reaches 85%.We get good effect.
